Products is confident of the quality of every product
sold.
If
we have made an error, we will correct it.
All
warranty claims must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. For details contact
us.
All
goods are covered under warranty, the terms which
are detailed below:
We will treat each order
for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods
subject to this warranty and terms of sale. You are
deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an
order for goods with us. Our contract with you only
begins when we confirm acceptance of your offer to
purchase goods from us. An order will not take place
(and we will not be deemed to have accepted your order)
until we have validated and confirmed your payment.
Everything you buy
from ACL Products is backed by our 30 Day Limited
Warranty. This covers it's hardware products against
defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of 30 days commencing from the date of receipt of
goods. (Unless covered by manufacture's warranty
with a remaining term of more than 30 days.)
You may return a product
within 7 days of original receipt for a refund. Goods must be returned with adequate packaging, preferably
in the original box. All goods are to be returned
as a complete unit with supplied cables, integral
accessories etc. Goods returned for refund will be
inspected and a refund for the original purchase amount
(minus return shipping charges if applicable) will
be issued or credited within 7 days of receipt of

The client assumes all
shipping charges to return goods to ACL Products.
ACL Products will assume all shipping charges to return
the goods to the customer.
After the 7-day cooling-off
period, all non-defective goods returned for refund
are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus all applicable
shipping charges are deducted.
Condition: Warranty
does not cover minor cosmetic marks and scratches
due to normal use. Any abnormal or heavy cosmetic
damage or damage that conflicts with the performance
and functionality is noted in the description and
hence reflected in the price.
The warranty on all ACL
Products merchandise is applicable to only component
part failure and does not cover defects or damage
due to external causes, including accident, abuse,
misuse, problems with electrical power and problems
caused by use of parts or components not supplied
by ACL Products, failing to follow the manufactures
instructions as to use, installation, commissioning,
or maintenance of the goods or you alter or repair
such goods without our written consent.
The warranty extends
only to you; it is not transferable to anyone who
subsequently purchases from you. If you encounter
a defect with a hardware purchase it will be exchanged
or repaired, at our option and discretion.
Warranty Limitations: There are no other express warranties or conditions
respecting the equipment unless otherwise stated.
Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration
of the warranty provided herein.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall ACL Products or any of its subsidiaries
or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special,
incidental or consequential damages including but
not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of
business or profits.
